Known Issues
Last Updated September 2025
The following is a list of known accessibility issues our website currently has which we are putting are best efforts towards resolving:
Keyboard Navigation Issues:
- The website’s Light or Dark Mode Toggle is not Keyboard Accessible.
- Cookies Consent Accept button is focused after webpage contents, rather than before.
Screen Reader Issues:
- The Website Header is redundant in announcing Search’s landmark and input field.
- The Contact forms announce ‘Unavailable’ between submitting the Send button and receiving the receipt of your message.
- Some of the Website Images require lengthy Alt Text to describe the purpose of the image. Screen Readers will insert the word ‘Graphic’ roughly every 100 characters of text.
- Infrequently, our ‘Skip to Content’ link is not announced by screen readers; however clearing browser cache appears to resolve this issue.
- The Social Media Navigation in the Website Footer is nested within a second list.
