AI Statement
Last Updated: July 2025
At Accessibility Labs, we embrace the potential assistance of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
But, we recognize that AI is only as effective as its design, oversight, and the quality of its training data. AI should support, not replace, the human-centered work essential to accessibility.
Accessibility Labs utilizes AI to aid in the clarity, tone, and grammar of our articles.
Our team uses AI to minimally revise, not create.
Human Design and Oversight
While AI revises our public writing, accessibility professionals create all decisions, designs, and recommendations. Accessibility requires empathy and insight that only humans can provide. Our team ensures every solution is tailored to real-world experiences.
We do not use AI tools when working on projects under Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). All analysis, documentation, and reporting are handled manually to maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
Our Stance on AI-Generated Content
- Human-Led: Skilled professionals who understand accessibility’s intricacies create all content. AI is a tool, not a replacement for human creativity or judgment.
- In-House Art: Our talented in-house artists craft all artwork associated with our projects. We do not use AI-generated art, as we value the authenticity of human-crafted visuals.
